Rental Agreement
Please review our professional standards and equipment protection policies before booking.
Identification & Verification
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) must be submitted at the time of booking.
- The person collecting the gear must match the identification provided during the verification process.
- Take Two Rentals reserves the right to cancel any booking if the identification is found invalid or suspicious.
Payment & Refund Policy
- No Money Return: Once the rental period has commenced or the equipment has been collected, no refunds will be issued for early returns or unused time.
- Advance payment is required to confirm your reservation in our fleet schedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
Timely Returns & Penalties
- Equipment must be returned by the exact time specified in the rental manifest.
- Late Return Penalty: Direct violations of the return schedule will incur an additional daily rental charge for every 24-hour delay.
- Failure to return equipment within 48 hours of the due date without communication will be treated as a security breach.
Equipment Responsibility
- The renter is solely responsible for the physical safety and functional integrity of the equipment while in their possession.
- Renter Liability: Any damage, including but not limited to sensor dust, lens scratches, body impact, or liquid damage, must be compensated by the renter.
- In case of total loss or irreparable damage, the renter is liable for the full current replacement value of the equipment.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.
Usage Restrictions
- Equipment is for use by the registered renter only and must not be sub-pushed or traded to third parties.
- Taking gear outside national borders requires explicit prior written consent from Take Two Rentals.
- Renters must ensure proper storage and protection from extreme weather conditions.
